About The Position

CMI Media Group is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Campaign Management & Execution to lead, scale, and modernize their trafficking and ad operations department. This role involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring data integrity, enterprise-level taxonomy, and robust QA. The position focuses on bridging ad tech innovation with operational excellence, moving the agency from manual setups to bulk operations, API-driven workflows, and AI-assisted QA. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who can transform complex data into a seamless, high-velocity engine.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct experience in ad operations and campaign trafficking (pharma/healthcare or highly regulated markets preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing multi-tiered execution or ad ops teams.
  • Hands-on and governance-level knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and enterprise governance tools like Claravine.
  • An innovator who seeks to automate, script, or bulk-upload manual workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, mentor, and scale a multi-layered campaign trafficking team, setting the standard for a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Design and enforce rigid, enterprise-level naming conventions and data classification frameworks across Search, Social, Programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Partner with Ad Tech and engineering teams to pilot automated workflows, custom templates, and AI-assisted validation tools.
  • Build a world-class Quality Assurance framework tailored to professional healthcare and consumer compliance standards.
  • Provide deep foundational guidance on server-side tracking, GTM frameworks, CAPI, and privacy-first measurement solutions.
