Requirements
- Proven expertise in retail and store space design, with strong capabilities in developing and adapting design solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing design projects, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to design guidelines and operational requirements.
- Strong skills in space allocation and maximizing operational efficiencies to enhance customer experience and drive sales profitability.
- Experience in project management, including monitoring implementation, identifying improvement opportunities, and adjusting plans to meet business objectives.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and effective communication across stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in drafting technology, computer aided drafting, drafting and design technology, architectural design, or related field and 2 years experience in retail store design or related field OR 4 years experience in retail store design or related field.

Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt store design solutions aligned with business strategies to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
- Lead design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Realty, Marketing, and Operations.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across projects.
- Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, and recommend improvements to scale successful design initiatives.
- Manage multiple business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to build a high-performing design team.
