About The Position

The Load Balancer team in Oracle's Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking organization is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to join our fast growing team! The OCI Load Balancer team is at the center of many of OCI’s most critical business goals. You will lead a team responsible for rapidly growing the Load Balancer platform as OCI grows while maintaining the stability that is required of a tier 0 service. You will work with our largest internal and external customers to build features necessary for their growth. You will balance the challenges of growth, stability, availability, and feature expansion in order to prioritize OCI's networking business growth. We need a hands-on senior manager who can thrive in ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and think critically about how to solve complex problems. We seek someone who can inspire others and explain the “why” behind every project and every priority call. The role will involve setting the strategic vision and near-term roadmap items, executing on delivery in an efficient manner, cultivating a culture of high standards for quality and delivery, and growing the team. The successful hire will have a passion for automation, solving complex problems, and working in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
