The Senior Manager of Seller Communications leads the strategy, planning, and execution of communications to our global sellers. As the Equinix solution set deepens and our Go-to-Market (GTM) motion evolves, the scope and importance of this audience continues to expand. This communications leader plays a critical role in driving understanding and alignment across functions, geographies, and leadership teams, helping reinforce a “One GTM” approach while balancing the unique needs of regional teams and emerging seller audiences. The right person for this role is an expert writer, connector, strategist, and operationally-excellent driver of day-to-day results. They will work closely with senior Sales leaders and other executives to shape clear, compelling communications that foster comprehension and action. They will partner across the organization to collect and synthesize the information sellers need to know to help customers accelerate their digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. And they will create the mechanisms and processes necessary to do it all as efficiently and repeatably as possible.
