About The Position

Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is transforming the end-to-end Advisor Experience, and we're seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Solutions to lead our Salesforce platform strategy. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our relationship hub - connecting capability across client servicing, mobile, portfolio management, wealth planning, and other businesses across WMC. Salesforce is critical to enabling our Investment Advisors, Counsellors, Associates, and Business Groups to efficiently manage client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences. You'll own the platform's design guidelines, best practices, high-level solutioning and support while collaborating across technology, design, production support, and multiple business groups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience in organizations with 2,000+ users
  • Project management and agile methodology experience
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and experience using CRM Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools
  • Experience deploying changes using tools such as Flosum, Gearset, Copado, or AutoRabit

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business, product and technology partners to build a best-in-class Salesforce platform aligned with broader enterprise systems and goals
  • Support 2-3 agile squads from a high-level solutioning perspective, ensuring we leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) Salesforce functionality
  • Help lead application design sessions, partnering with product owners and consulting with stakeholders on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring stability and performance of Salesforce applications
  • Develop POCs to evaluate new Salesforce features and partial allocation to hands-on delivery as needed
  • Actively participate in weekly project status meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time
  • Work in fully agile environments with BSAs, admins, developers, architects, and QE teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing configuration team, establishing clear individual goals and driving performance management
