About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Sales to help negotiate and secure content deals in the US and Latin America. Our expanding team helps ITV Studios drive sustained revenue growth by connecting our renowned, global content portfolio with networks, streamers and audiences across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content distribution and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets across all genres of scripted and unscripted programming. The role is based in North Hollywood, CA, and reports to the SVP, Sales. This role requires you to be on-site three days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique and evolving requirements
  • Aptitude and flexibility to work well on multiple projects in various phases of the sales cycle and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the television industry, including market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Rightsline, Airtable and Google Workspace
  • Domestic and international travel required to meet with clients and attend content markets

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate multi-platform content sales activities including but not limited to sharing availability listings, pitching content and negotiating deal terms
  • Analyze market data & trends to identify innovative opportunities to optimize revenue for ITV Studios’ expansive portfolio with a diverse array of clients
  • Support development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives across various genres, rights and windows
  • Proactively communicate and build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, key clients and external partners to ensure best in class business practices and seamless customer service
  • Maintain a deep understanding of both the internal and external content ecosystem within a perpetually changing landscape
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
