We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to join our growing go-to-market team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage and mentor the Sales Engineering team, working closely with the Head of Solutions to define and implement strategic process frameworks and technology enhancements. You will ensure the team effectively partners with Account Executives to help prospective clients understand how the Advisor360° platform solves their challenges, supports their workflows, and drives business outcomes. This role is critical to scaling the Sales Engineering function to facilitate the rapid growth of the GTM organization. This is a great opportunity for a technically-minded leader with a background in SaaS, a proven track record in pre-sales management, and a passion for translating complex solutions into clear business value while scaling an organization. A background in financial services SaaS platforms, fintech is preferred.
