About The Position

In this role, you'll help leadership understand, plan for, and grow the programmatic demand flowing into InMobi Exchange (IX) through a global network of platform partners. Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Operations, you'll provide sales operations support to InMobi's global Demand Platform relationships within IX, which includes business partnerships and integrations with third-party Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and reseller partners. You will own forecasting, partner planning, and partner account management for this demand. Exchange leadership will rely on you as their analytical and operational partner to provide an accurate, current read on DSP and reseller performance, along with actionable goals and partner plans. You will be responsible for explaining performance shifts and recommending next steps. This role is ideal for an analytical and organized individual comfortable operating across a global set of platform partners, who enjoys turning partner data into clear direction for leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Experience leading end-to-end revenue planning and forecasting for a global platform or partnerships business
  • Hands-on experience with partner planning and named partner list development for a global platform business
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Rill), and financial or forecast modeling
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including direct communication with senior platform-partnership leaders
  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Background in the digital advertising or programmatic advertising industry

  • Business acumen: Ability to explain why a number moved based on a real understanding of the underlying business.
  • Rigor: Produce forecasts and goals that are backed by data and delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recurring forecasting cadence for demand routed into the InMobi platform through DSPs and reseller partners, including weekly and monthly forecasts, quarterly business plans, and variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain forecast models across key demand-platform metrics (active DSPs, bid rate, win rate), surfacing risk and opportunity.
  • Support the quarterly planning cycle end to end: closing the prior quarter, finalizing the next quarter's forecast, and delivering targets.
  • Lead partner planning and target setting across the global DSP and reseller portfolio, grounded in partner potential, integration maturity, and platform capacity.
  • Own the development and maintenance of the named partner list, using partner potential, historical performance, and platform data to determine coverage, ownership, and prioritization.
  • Partner with Finance and Demand Platform leadership to translate annual and quarterly plans into clear goals for the DSP and reseller portfolio.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the global demand platform business, including strategic priorities, revenue composition, and areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Turn business knowledge into proactive recommendations when performance moves away from plan.
  • Own core sales operations processes for the Exchange business, including pipeline governance and reporting standards, applying consistent definitions and data integrity checks across all partners.
  • Serve as the primary sales operations partner to Exchange & Demand Platform Management (DPM) leadership.
  • Apply one consistent operating standard across the global DSP and reseller portfolio while staying attuned to the dynamics specific to each partner.
  • Represent the demand platform business in cross-functional forums with Finance, Product, and the broader Revenue Operations organization.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to workflows to increase efficiency.
