The Senior Manager, Revenue Management is a resort-embedded member of Alterra’s centralized Revenue Management Shared Services team, responsible for maximizing total mountain revenue through end-to-end revenue management and product strategy across lift tickets, season passes, ski & ride school, rentals, lockers, and parking. The primary focus is to grow skier visits, optimize visit mix across paid ticket and passholder segments, and increase revenue per visit through higher ancillary penetration. This role is accountable for delivering measurable revenue outcomes and acts as the commercial owner of resort services performance at the mountain level. Reporting to the Regional Director of Commercial Excellence, this role serves as the commercial lead for resort services and a trusted partner to resort leadership. As an embedded member of the local team, the Resort Revenue Manager works closely with Resort Presidents, Marketing, FP&A, and operational leaders to align pricing, product strategy, demand generation, and financial planning. They translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive results and ensure alignment across the resort. While lodging revenue management is owned by a separate leader, this role partners closely with the lodging revenue manager to ensure packaging, offers, and overall resort positioning align with broader commercial strategy. Success in this role requires strong day-to-day partnership with resort teams to ensure strategies are practical, executable, and grounded in local operating realities.
