Leads the team responsible for the standardization and centralization of all sales and pricing data, thereby enabling the organization to measure sales and pricing performance against goals. Ensures that progress against goals is tracked and reported to all constituents. Works with multiple key stakeholders, including sales and pricing managers and directors, as well as Tier leadership, to set goals and quotas. Determines and measures leading performance indicators and develops sales and pricing forecasts. Engages in budget and planning on behalf of the Revenue Management team and performs financial returns analyses on initiatives and/or existing sales and pricing process investments. This role acts as an influential, strategic thought leader in advancing the organization’s revenue intelligence capabilities, transforming traditional reporting into forward-looking insights that shape sales and pricing strategy, optimize profitability, and enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business.
