About The Position

The Senior Manager, Retail Merchandising drives strategic execution of in-store customer experiences and physical merchandising tactics across the retail estate. The role addresses complex logistical and operational challenges by directing high-volume print production, fulfillment operations, and store build-out logistics while optimizing vendor service-level agreements to reduce overhead costs. It bridges creative design and technical deployment to ensure secure integration of digital signage, live demo devices, and physical fixtures. The position also leads a high-velocity project management team to eliminate operational bottlenecks and continuously improve retail execution standards. The role leads store build-outs, fixture deployment, and physical layout optimization; oversees print vendor contracts, fulfillment, and packout kitting; and manages digital signage, content management systems, and device security. It establishes quality assurance and troubleshooting processes, applies AI-driven project management tools to improve performance and resource allocation, and develops project managers responsible for concurrent campaigns. The position is part of EchoStar's Retail Wireless team, which serves the Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands. Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience managing a Retail Merchandising team or in a closely related operational leadership role.
Experience executing retail point-of-sale materials, fixture manufacturing, and retail fulfillment processes.
Experience managing high-volume print production and vendor SLAs.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
Deep expertise in retail merchandising execution, print production technologies, and custom fixture manufacturing processes.
Extensive experience leading high-volume logistics, distribution networks, and fulfillment vendor SLA management across complex, multi-site retail footprints.
Strategic leadership skills to motivate, develop, and align cross-functional project management teams handling concurrent initiatives.
Collaborative communication skills to work across creative design, engineering, legal, real estate, and sales operations.
Technical literacy in digital signage systems, content management platforms, and interactive network infrastructures.
Practical AI literacy, including use of predictive analytics and AI tools to forecast inventory demands and optimize supply chain pipelines.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the retail wireless or telecommunications sector.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and collaborative digital environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end retail store build-outs, fixture deployment, and physical layout optimization across retail environments.
Direct high-volume print vendor contracts, fulfillment operations, and packout kitting processes to control costs, protect margins, and meet delivery SLAs.
Oversee digital CMS architecture, digital signage infrastructure, and live-device security pedestals.
Establish quality assurance workflows and rapid troubleshooting protocols for deployment errors and post-packout issues reported by field teams.
Integrate AI-driven project management tools to analyze retail footprint performance, timeline efficiency, and resource allocation.
Mentor and guide project managers, setting performance metrics and development pathways for concurrent campaigns.
Collaborate across creative design, engineering, legal, real estate, and sales operations stakeholders.
