The Senior Manager, Retail Media Sales leads North American retail media sales strategy and execution within the convenience and fuel ecosystem. This role owns revenue growth through the development of high-impact, full-funnel media partnerships with CPG brands, agencies, and emerging advertisers. The Senior Manager is accountable for commercial performance, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and the continuous evolution of the retail media offering across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in retail media monetization and a strong understanding of convenience retail dynamics, including speed of purchase, proximity, daypart relevance, and trip-based shopper behavior.
