As the Senior Manager, Retail Brand Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up in stores around the world. You are a strategic leader who blends brand vision with operational excellence, elevating the in store experience, driving business performance, and guiding a high performing team. You are deeply passionate about retail, fluent in brand expression, and skilled at creating scalable, global solutions that support both brand stores and mountain stores across diverse markets. You bring sound judgment, strong cross functional relationships, and the ability to move seamlessly between long‑term strategy and daily execution. This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work (or remote Canada with travels to North Vancouver, BC). Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. The Retail Brand Marketing team builds and delivers strategic retail marketing plans that ensure Arc’teryx stores reflect our brand values, product leadership, and mountain DNA. We are a fast growing function that collaborates closely with merchandising, retail operations, store design, visual merchandising, and global brand teams to deliver innovative, consistent, and elevated retail experiences.
