About The Position

Responsibilities include overseeing project portfolios, negotiating agreements, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. With expertise in project management, asset management, and business negotiation, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. Their collaborative approach fosters strong partnerships and successful project outcomes while advancing the company’s sustainability and transformation objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Manage the real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development, disposition, and short-term uses while coordinating with internal partners and external agencies.
- Oversee construction costs by reviewing change orders, negotiating labor rates, and recommending contract revisions to mitigate risks and control expenses.
- Lead deal negotiations and due diligence from site selection through construction, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to minimize financial and reputational risks through collaboration with government agencies.
- Drive business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance to achieve operational goals.
