About The Position

About the team: The team leads the planning and execution of Customer Electric Vehicle projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery across multiple locations. Collaborating with Operations, Real Estate, Sustainability, and external partners, they align stakeholders and manage risks effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing project portfolios, negotiating agreements, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. With expertise in project management, asset management, and business negotiation, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. Their collaborative approach fosters strong partnerships and successful project outcomes while advancing the company’s sustainability and transformation objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
  • Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management, including site selection, development, and disposition.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in project management, construction cost control, and contract review.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and return on investment evaluation for real estate projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ability to develop and implement governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with government agencies and cross-functional teams.
