Purpose: As the Senior Manager RA Strategy Portfolio & Ops (Sr. Mgr., RA Tech Portfolio Innovation), you are responsible for leading the evaluation and strategic assessment of new and innovative technologies to serve the process, data and technology portfolio. This role will involve conducting feasibility studies, experimentation, and proof of concepts (POCs) to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives to sit within the portfolio. This role will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to ensure a balanced portfolio that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for: Lead evaluations of emerging technologies and assess their alignment with organizational goals. Conduct feasibility studies and experimentation to support the development of POCs for new technology initiatives. Make informed decisions regarding project prioritization and viability based on thorough analysis. Perform comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Facilitate portfolio balancing to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new technology solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on evaluation outcomes and market trends.
