As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will lead a team that provides in-field consultation and training to RBC Insurance (RBCI) Proprietary advisors and Leaders for the Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth product lines. Your team will be responsible for achieving sales and business development goals through the support of RBC Insurance Advisors by providing in-field training, consultation, and joint client meetings. This role also supports the rollout of the Conquest Planning Tool.
