About The Position
Provides portfolio-level or major-program oversight of project controls services. Balances technical leadership with increased responsibility for people leadership, client advisory support, and account participation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Thirteen or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.
- Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
- Advanced project controls skills.
- Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
- Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred.
- Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
- Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
- Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
- Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
- Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
- Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
