About The Position

The Senior Project Controls + Analytics Manager is a regional leadership position that facilitates and supports compliance with corporate project controls standards resulting in efficiency and transparent measurable results. The position requires business management acumen, operations knowledge and experience, strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills. Working collaboratively with project teams, this position leads discussions to better understand the relationship between trends and results and the operational risks and opportunities to projects achieving established and desired financial and commercial outcomes. The position works directly with project teams to develop effective risk mitigation strategies to enable them to maximize opportunities, resulting in increased margins. This position, through leadership and training, enables and promotes project teams’ behaviors to better understand the benefits and effectiveness of our standards.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in cost and document management principles and related systems
3+ recent years of experience working within the AEC space
3+ years of experience evaluating performance indicators to identify potential risks or opportunities
Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience.
Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
