The Senior Manager, Program’s primary responsibility is to implement high-quality programmatic services, lead complex project work, and support school and district leaders in improving educator practice and student learning. Along with Program team members, project teams, school and district partners, and cross-functional colleagues, the Senior Manager, Program will also hold responsibilities in the following areas: Designing research-based, user-centered professional learning content, services, tools, and resources. Serving as a content expert and contributing to coaching, instructional design, coach development, client partnership management, and/or project leadership. Managing project plans, partner relationships, contracts, invoices, and implementation systems to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborating across teams to support partnership impact, continuous improvement, data collection, and organizational learning. The Senior Manager, Program role is a mid-level position with some management responsibilities, depending on project assignments and organizational needs. This role is essential to ensuring the effective delivery of programmatic goals, strong partner implementation, and sustained impact on teacher and student learning. Success in this position requires strong collaboration, project management, content expertise, responsiveness, adaptability, and a commitment to excellent teaching and learning.
