Responsible for managing components of cross-functional programs that support business performance, operational efficiency, and executive talent development initiatives. Applies foundational knowledge of program management methodologies to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting activities for leadership development and executive coaching programs. Collaborates with program leads and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and a high-quality, well-coordinated, cohesive experience for participating leaders.
