About The Position
The Office of Professional Advancement is seeking qualified part-time Program Educators for the Professional Coaching Certificate Program. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about coaching, adult education, and professional development.
Requirements
- A master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, or related disciplines
- A current coaching certification from a recognized and accredited coaching organization
- A minimum of 10 years of professional teaching and industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable internet access and the ability to teach remotely via Zoom
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills

- Experience working with adult learners in professional or academic settings
Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging and interactive instruction
- Facilitating coaching practice sessions and participant assessments
- Providing mentoring, guidance, and constructive feedback
