About The Position

This posting is intended to fill an existing vacancy for our Senior Manager, Program Analytics role. The Senior Manager, Program Analytics will act as a senior business analyst for assigned programs, translating complex operational, financial, and client requirements into clear insights and actionable recommendations. This role involves leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis to support operational changes, system enhancements, and new client initiatives. The individual will analyze multi-source datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to workforce capacity, service levels, reimbursement performance, and financial outcomes. They will develop business cases, scenario analyses, and forecasts to support pricing decisions, investment requests, and program optimization. A key aspect of this role is partnering with stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and analytical approaches aligned to program and client objectives, and evaluating downstream impacts of policy, reimbursement, or workflow changes to proactively recommend mitigation strategies. The Senior Manager will translate analytical findings into executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and decision materials for senior leadership and clients, ensuring data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting, billing, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role also involves guiding Program Manager teams, supporting product development initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, fostering continuous improvement, and promptly reporting all Adverse Events. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • University science/healthcare degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in management
  • Minimum 1-2 years client management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of post-marketing studies, Health Canada and / or risk management programs
  • General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs, operational policies and processes, and clinical research
  • Advanced business analysis and problem‑structuring skills, including requirements definition and impact assessment.
  • Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights.
  • Proven experience developing executive‑level business cases, forecasts, and scenario models.
  • Expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, finance, technology, and client teams.
  • Advanced understanding of patient support programs
  • Proficient working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
