About The Position

The Sr. Manager Product Supply provides strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end product supply, ensuring customer and business requirements are translated into reliable, cost-effective, and resilient supply plans. This role integrates demand, supply, capacity, inventory, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics decisions to optimize service, cost, cash, and risk. The position leads cross-functional governance, strengthens planning capabilities, and develops a high-performing organization that delivers sustainable business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in product supply, supply planning, demand planning, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related discipline, including at least 5 years leading teams and major cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated planning and product supply execution in a complex, multi-site manufacturing, consumer products, or similarly scaled environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product supply strategies aligned with business, customer, financial, and operational priorities.
  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Innovation, and Logistics leaders to translate growth plans, portfolio changes, promotions, and customer requirements into executable supply plans.
  • Provide enterprise recommendations and trade-off decisions that balance service, cost, inventory, capacity, working capital, and risk.
  • Own governance and operating rhythms for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and product availability, ensuring timely decisions and clear accountability.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators; identify systemic constraints and sponsor corrective actions that improve service, forecast performance, inventory health, productivity, and cost.
  • Ensure product supply plans are feasible across manufacturing, external suppliers, materials, warehousing, transportation, and customer-facing operations.
  • Drive reliable product availability and responsive issue resolution to support customer commitments and profitable growth.
  • Ensure new products, renovations, promotions, assortment changes, and business transitions are supported by disciplined supply readiness, risk assessment, and launch execution.
  • Lead cross-functional response to material shortages or service disruptions, establishing fact-based priorities, recovery plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Optimize inventory policies and deployment strategies to improve availability while reducing excess, obsolescence, and working capital exposure.
  • Lead initiatives to simplify and standardize planning processes, improve network utilization, and deliver sustainable cost and productivity benefits.
  • Develop business cases, prioritize investments, and ensure product supply initiatives deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Champion effective use of data, analytics, planning systems, and automation to improve visibility, scenario planning, exception management, and decision quality.
  • Establish consistent process ownership, decision rights, data standards, and controls across product supply activities.
  • Lead adoption of new capabilities and ways of working, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained across functions and business teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product supply organization with clear roles, objectives, decision rights, and accountability.
  • Build succession pipelines and functional capability through talent development, performance coaching, workforce planning, and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify material supply, capacity, supplier, continuity, and execution risks; ensure practical mitigation and contingency plans are maintained in accordance with company policies, safety expectations, and applicable laws.
