Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Technology
About The Position
The Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Technology is a strategic leader responsible for the vision, development, implementation, and optimization of critical supply chain technology solutions that support a complex, multi-billion-dollar enterprise. This role leads the development of a new enterprise supply chain platform that serves as a foundational business system, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance. Leveraging deep expertise in supply chain technology, JDA platforms, software development, and packaged software solutions, this leader partners cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into technology capabilities that drive innovation, improve supply chain execution, and deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
- 8+ years Supply Chain experience
- 6+ years Software engineering, product management, technical program management
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and KPIs
- Proficiency in product management tools
- Data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills
- ERP
- Inventory Management
- Cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management
- Business requirements gathering and analysis
- UX/UI processes

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for supply chain technology platforms, aligning with company goals and market demands
- Lead and mentor teams across engineering, data science, merchandising, accounting, and supply chain operations to deliver high-quality solutions
- Work closely with engineering and IT to ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems, APIs, and data platforms, ensuring scalability and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain workflows, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve visibility
- Collaborate with supply chain teams, vendors, and partners to align on forecasts, inventory strategies, and delivery timelines
- Define and track KPIs for product success, including adoption rates, system uptime, order fulfillment speed, and cost savings
