About The Position

An early-stage software company building tools for advanced manufacturers is hiring a Product Manager to lead its supply chain product line. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for purchasing, inventory control, parts traceability, supplier management, and material planning, turning the day-to-day realities of production into software that operators actually rely on. Much of your time will be spent on shop floors and in meetings with procurement and materials leaders, learning where their processes break down and bringing those insights back into product decisions. You'll write detailed requirements, sketch wireframes, build working prototypes with AI-assisted tools, run your own data analysis, and sometimes contribute code alongside the engineering team.

Requirements

3–10 years of combined experience in product management, supply chain operations, or industrial or manufacturing engineering
Direct experience in a production or operations setting, such as factory floor, purchasing, inventory, or logistics
A software engineering background or hands-on coding experience, before or alongside product work
A track record of taking product features from discovery through launch
Strong command of bill-of-materials structures, material requirements planning, inventory allocation, and component traceability
Ability to build functional prototypes and turn complex operational logic into clear technical specs
Proven ability to align engineering, design, sales, and customers around shared goals
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field
Able to work on-site in the Los Angeles area at least three days per week
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Experience in aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or automotive is a strong plus
