About The Position

Avathon is the leading Industrial AI autonomy platform, helping customers across heavy industries -- energy, mining, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and logistics -- accelerate the journey toward autonomous operations. Our platform is built on a Computational Knowledge Graph foundation that contextualizes and connects operational data across siloed systems, bringing together time series, structured, unstructured, and machine vision data to power AI-driven applications in asset performance management, supply chain intelligence, visual AI, and global trade management. With capabilities spanning digital twins, normal behavior modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision, Avathon delivers real-time predictive intelligence and agentic decision-making at industrial scale. We are looking for a Product Manager, Supply Chain & Operations to help define and shape Avathon’s next generation of Physical AI products for global supply chains, logistics, transportation, and industrial operations. You will own product strategy for cutting-edge capabilities spanning autonomous planning, multi-objective optimization, transportation and network intelligence, inventory and production optimization, decision automation, and agentic AI. Working alongside AI scientists, product engineers, forward-deployed teams, and industry leaders, you will translate complex real-world challenges into scalable AI products that continuously reason, replan, optimize, and act transforming how the world’s most complex supply chains and logistics networks operate.

Requirements

MBA required from top-tier universities with a globally recognized supply chain, logistics and operations program
4+ years of relevant experience in product management, supply chain strategy, operations, or management consulting
Strong understanding of supply chain planning and operational processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory, logistics and manufacturing
Experience defining and deploying products incorporating AI, machine learning, optimization, or advanced analytics preferred
Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders
Strong understanding of industrial and B2B operating environments preferred
Ability to operate with significant ownership in a fast-moving technology company

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Avathon’s supply chain & operations portfolio
Define product requirements, user journeys, APIs, workflows, agents, and success metrics
Work directly with customers and industry experts to understand operational challenges, validate product concepts, and prioritize product capabilities
Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, user stories, KPIs, and acceptance criteria
Track industry trends, competitive offerings, customer priorities, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities
Define and monitor product KPIs and use customer and performance data to continuously improve the product.
Demonstrate new products to customers, partners, and executives
Work with applied science, Product and Forward-Deployed Engineering teams to take products from idea → prototype → deployment → scale
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to turn successful customer deployments into repeatable platform and product capabilities
