The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for managing a team, developing and executing key marketing programs and partnering closely with the US field sales force to meet physician unmet needs across the customer journey. This role spans the full TMTT portfolio of therapies and focuses on strategic, high impact engagements involving different physician stakeholders within the heart team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field and experience in marketing, sales or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high performing, commercially driven marketing team that closely interfaces with our US field team and commercial leadership
  • Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for multiple major product launches or programs and initiatives
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform therapy adoption, product launch plans and understand current market environment and competition
  • Design and implement customer engagement initiatives aimed at key customer segments
  • Coordinate with physicians to execute high impact peer-to-peer events across the TMTT portfolio
  • Organize on-site physician visits at Edwards headquarters and collaborate with internal stakeholders on agenda creation and execution
  • Ensure all engagement activities adhere to the relevant compliance standards and approval processes
  • Partner closely with sales and commercial leadership to align engagement strategies with commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all customer engagement activities adhere to the appropriate standards and processes
  • Develop dashboards and measurement plans to track customer engagement program performance
  • Manage budgets related to programs, campaigns and projects
  • Travel to support field-based engagements, national conferences and regional events (up to 30% travel expected)
