The Senior Manager, Product Marketing owns the strategy and execution of amika’s commercial innovation programs across the global product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, commercial strategy, and brand storytelling, translating portfolio priorities into high-impact commercial programs that drive brand equity and business growth. The Senior Manager will own the development of commercial innovation initiatives including promotional and evergreen sets, holiday programs, sizing strategies, GWPs, merchandise, and brand collaborations, ensuring each program supports broader product and franchise priorities. This role will play a key role in shaping and executing amika’s annual holiday commercial strategy, one of the brand’s most important global retail moments. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Regulatory, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Finance to shepherd programs from concept through launch with excellence and consistency.
