As a Product Leader focusing on Bank Modernization you will be reimagining our current state architecture to create game-changing customer experiences and business outcomes. As the Leader of Product Studio, you will own the vision, strategic roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of our financial product configuration platform. Your mission is to bridge technical innovation with business strategy to transform the Bank’s speed-to-market from months to days. In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions. Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence. Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value, specifically within a modern data ecosystem (e.g., cloud-based data platforms, APIs, real-time data flows). Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, including those related to data quality, data governance, and data pipeline efficiency. Transformational Leadership - Leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment, championing data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of data literacy. This includes direct management and mentorship of product managers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies.
  • Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers.
