About The Position

The Senior Manager, Product Management (P4) is responsible for defining, executing, and communicating the product roadmap in partnership with lead product managers, engineers, designers, and other product stakeholders. This role involves leveraging various research and feedback sources to understand the problems faced by users and how best to address them. Role ensures that product delivery is whole and complete, meeting the definition of "done."

Responsibilities

  • Defines, executes, and communicates the product roadmap in partnership with lead product managers, engineers, designers and other product stakeholders
  • Leverages various research and feedback sources to understand the problems being faced by users and how best to address them
  • Ensures the product delivery is whole and complete, meeting the definition of “done”
  • Acts as Product Owner for product technology squad, managing the backlog and writing user stories and epics as requirements
  • Maintains and prioritizes product backlog, release schedule, scrum meetings, and retrospectives
  • Prioritizes epics and stories, defining acceptance criteria and metrics
  • Supports product marketing and launch activities
  • Utilizes data and business analysis to evaluate the outcomes of features and experiences
  • Measures success, drives product iteration, and informs business decisions
