Senior Manager, Product Management

DiscoNew York City, NY

About The Position

The Senior Manager of Product Management owns strategy and execution for their product area. They lead product managers and partner across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that give customers agency in a transforming industry, using deep customer insight to deliver strategic advantage, not just features. They own outcomes and deliver what matters most with clarity, conviction, and accountability from goal-setting through iteration. This role involves leading product strategy that gives customers agency as legal technology and business models transform around them. The individual will build governance, platform intelligence, and operational capabilities that help customers move from reactive administration to strategic control, understanding how their teams work, where value accumulates, and how to prove platform ROI to stakeholders. They will help customers tackle industry change proactively, not reactively, and act as a change agent, leading product teams through AI-driven transformation. The role includes reimagining how real-time insights and actionable intelligence are delivered to help customers understand platform value. It requires operating with taste at speed—rapidly prototyping and evaluating multiple solutions, killing most, and shipping the survivors. The team will move from lengthy spec cycles to prototype-first workflows where judgment on working software drives what ships. The Senior Manager will be a people leader for their team, developing and coaching product managers for success, and partnering with leaders in engineering and design to prioritize, design, and deliver top priorities within their scope. They will also partner across DISCO to launch and create success for their products.
