About The Position
Capital One is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management for its Enterprise API Platforms, API Governance team. The role supports the company’s API platform, which powers real-time customer and associate experiences. The product manager will own user experience and capabilities that advance a next-generation platform and support the latest AI technologies. The role calls for proficiency in Capital One’s Product Framework: human-centered product design, business-focused execution, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Salary varies by work location; the listed annual ranges are $182,500–$249,900 across the locations specified in the posting.
Requirements
- Currently has or is obtaining, with the required degree expected on or before the scheduled start date, a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (including statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, or information systems or a related quantitative field), business, or marketing; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and four years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency in human-centered product management, business-focused execution, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
