About The Position

Capital One is hiring a Manager, Product Management for its Enterprise API Gateway, API Runtime platform. The role supports one of the company’s largest and most critical platforms, which powers real-time customer and associate experiences. The product manager will own user experience and platform capabilities, advance the platform toward its next generation, and support the latest AI technologies.

The role calls for proficiency in Capital One’s Product Framework: human-centered customer focus; business focus and execution; technology-driven innovation and resilience; integrated problem solving that addresses complex issues and product risks; and transformational leadership that aligns cross-functional teams around customer problems.

The position is available in Chicago, Illinois; McLean, Virginia; and Richmond, Virginia. The role may earn performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Requirements

• Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining, a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date; alternatively, have a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
