About The Position

American Express operates in Mainland China through our joint venture, Express Company (EC), representing a significant opportunity for us to compete in one of the largest and most advanced payments markets in the world. The Enterprise China Management (ECM) team partners across EC and Amex to build the China business and capitalize on this incredibly exciting opportunity for growth. The Senior Manager, Product & Benefits, will play a critical role in shaping the growth of American Express in Mainland China. This individual will lead cross-functional collaboration across Express Company (EC), bank partners, and internal Amex stakeholders to drive product innovation, portfolio performance, and differentiated customer value propositions in one of the world’s most dynamic payments markets.
