About The Position
The Senior Manager, Pricing & Forecasting Analytics will support strategic decision-making across CVS Health's Pharmacy Services and Immunizations businesses through pricing strategy, deal modeling, and revenue forecasting. The role leads the development of financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, support contract negotiations, and forecast performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. It calls for analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong communication skills, including the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong experience building and maintaining financial, forecasting, or pricing models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency querying, joining, and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience supporting senior leadership audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience with pricing strategy, contract analytics, reimbursement analytics, or deal modeling.
- Knowledge of revenue forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, Foundry, or similar analytical tools.
- Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial finance.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
