About The Position

The Premier RM Senior Manager will be accountable for the service and relationship management delivered to both existing and prospective clients. The Senior Manager will provide coaching and support that leads to the career growth of the team. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee team managers and assure their teams meet targets for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Business preferred)
SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 9/10 or equivalent, Mass Registration, Trader Certification
8+ years of financial services client experience
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

Must focus on bottom-line performance and explore ways to improve overall performance and client satisfaction along with the end-to-end client experience.
Deliver results across retention, NNA, Banking and referral conversion—while protecting client experience and risk standards.
Set a performance culture with clear expectations; coach and develop leaders to improve results.
Convert goals into priorities, activity standards, and operating rhythm; manage to target via forecasting, scorecards, and gap-to-goal actions.
Partner with Platforms, Marketing, WFM, P2A, A&D, and Risk/Compliance to improve outcomes.
Expand share of wallet by connecting clients to relevant solutions (as appropriate).
Strengthen controls and supervision; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Can identify, recruit, develop and retain key talent.
