About The Position

Lead platform experience across VIA C&S including acquirer, merchant, dispute, and risk portals with full lifecycle visibility. Hands-on role translating platform complexity into intuitive UX and operational tools.

Requirements

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical global audiences.
Ability to translate customer needs into solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Autonomous and proactive, able to drive execution in ambiguous environments.
Strong systems thinking, ability to work with data/SQL and collaborate with senior engineering leaders.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and sharing knowledge effectively.
