The Senior Manager Platform Enablement will define and execute the strategic roadmap for DevOps, ServiceNow, and toolkit platforms aligned with enterprise goals. This role champions a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across engineering and operations teams, serving as a thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on DevOps maturity, platform engineering, and service management best practices. The position oversees the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation, and leads the development and expansion of reusable components, libraries, and toolkits to accelerate solution delivery. A key responsibility is driving enterprise-wide adoption of Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring alignment with agile development and release management practices, and establishing metrics and KPIs to measure DevOps performance, velocity, and quality. Additionally, the role leads a team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and automation domains, collaborating with stakeholders to define workflows and automation solutions. The manager ensures ServiceNow solutions meet enterprise standards and is responsible for leading the team's operational objectives, including coaching, mentoring, and developing staff, as well as hiring, performance management, and problem resolution.
