Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of crude oil, refined product, or NGL market analysis experience, ideally within industry or at an established consulting firm specializing in energy.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling (PowerBI and/or GIS experience a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience contributing to research reports or technical publications.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities
- Directly oversee and contribute to the production of monthly market reports, ensuring accuracy, analytical rigor, and timely delivery of all insights.
- Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models, supply/demand balances, and price outlooks for crude oil, refined products, and NGLs.
- Mentor, inspire, and support the professional growth of market analysts and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and subject matter expert for oil and NGL markets, delivering market briefings and in-depth presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Enforce best practices in data analysis and modeling.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges and answer questions.
- Lead the development and rollout of new data and analytics products that differentiate our offering in the marketplace.
