About The Position

The Senior Manager, Performance and Quality leads proposal development, formal client responses, and coordination of client, external, and government audits for the account. The role translates complex contract, pricing, performance-guarantee, and operational requirements into accurate, persuasive, timely submissions, ensuring commitments and audit responses are supported, traceable, and clear. Within Finance and Contract Compliance, the position connects proposal commitments with performance and quality review through audits and corrective action, and project-manages account implementations and changes. The role develops proposal strategies and response plans for renewals, RFPs, RFIs, client-requested program and benefit-change proposals, and contract amendments. It manages proposal and response development from intake through final review and delivery, working with account, executive, Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Operations leaders to establish messages and verify commitments. The Senior Manager also writes client-ready narratives and executive communications, represents the team in client meetings, researches client and market needs, and establishes standardized proposal and audit-response materials and processes. The position leads project planning for implementations and account changes, maintains logs and trackers for commitments, audit requests, corrective actions, findings, and closeout, and coordinates audit evidence production and secure submission. It reviews audit responses for completeness, reconciliation, and clarity, and reports recurring performance and quality themes to leadership.
