About The Position

The Senior Manager, People Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Corporate Tech & Services, translating business priorities into workforce, organization, talent and leadership strategies. This role will combine strong business and financial acumen with deep People expertise to guide complex decisions, lead transformation efforts and strengthen organizational effectiveness across a global, matrixed environment. Success in this role requires someone who can operate independently, influence without authority, navigate ambiguity and turn workforce insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve both business performance and associate outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to connect business strategy to organization, workforce, talent, leadership and capability decisions.
• Proven ability to take complex strategies and decisions from concept through implementation, adoption and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to engage in decisions involving capacity, cost, productivity, location, capability and workforce tradeoffs.
• Executive presence and confidence to serve as a credible advisor to senior leaders, facilitate difficult conversations and provide candid, thoughtful guidance.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, with the courage to respectfully challenge conventional thinking and use data, business context and judgment to improve decision-making.
• Ability to operate independently with a high degree of accountability, judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity, changing priorities and organizational complexity.
• Experience building trusted relationships across senior business leadership, Finance, Tech Strategy and People teams.
• Experience leading and influencing across global, matrixed organizations and working effectively with teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize workforce and talent information into business intelligence, clear choices and actionable recommendations.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to determine where common approaches should be standardized and scaled and where business-specific differentiation is appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders across Corporate Tech & Services (CT&S) to translate business strategy into organization, workforce, talent, leadership and capability priorities that strengthen business performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, using business context, workforce insights and sound judgment to shape decisions related to organization design, succession, leadership effectiveness, talent, capability, culture and associate experience.
• Partner across Business, Finance, Tech Strategy and People teams to drive integrated workforce planning, including headcount, skills, spans and layers, location strategy, FTE/contractor mix, productivity and future capability requirements.
• Lead the People and organization strategy for major business transformations, including leader readiness, change adoption, associate experience and sustained execution, while influencing outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Anticipate workforce, capability, leadership bench and organization health risks and opportunities, proactively developing solutions before they become constraints to business execution.
• Lead complex People initiatives across functions and countries, balancing enterprise consistency with legitimate business and local-market needs.
• Drive the end-to-end People operating rhythm across workforce planning, talent, succession, organization health, performance, listening and annual planning with strong execution discipline.
• Challenge existing approaches and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and scale effective People practices across CT&S while introducing new solutions where they can materially improve business performance or associate experience.
• Own and scale at least one CT&S-wide People capability or operating mechanism, creating greater consistency, quality and leverage across People Partners and business portfolios.
• Use workforce and talent reporting to create meaningful business intelligence, identify trends and translate data into clear recommendations and decisions while reducing unnecessary or duplicative reporting.
