About The Position

Join Walmart Connect International, one of the fastest-growing and most strategic areas within Walmart’s enterprise growth strategy. As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to help scale a multi-billion-dollar global advertising business by driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how a rapidly evolving global business grows, operates, and develops its talent at scale. Walmart Connect (WMC) is the retail media arm of Walmart and a key driver of the company’s enterprise growth strategy. Operating across digital and in-store channels, Walmart Connect helps brands connect with customers through data-driven advertising solutions powered by Walmart’s first-party insights. This role supports Walmart Connect International and works closely with leaders across the global ads business and Sam’s Club’s Member Access Platform (MAP). The People team partners directly with the business to strengthen organizational capability, scale talent, and support continued international growth and transformation.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or global business environments
  • Strong background in HR strategy, organizational design, and change management
  • Ability to leverage people and business data to influence decision-making and workforce planning
  • Experience leading talent reviews, coaching leaders, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions

  • Support organizational change initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness across teams
