About The Position

As a Sales People Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development for a high-growth advertising business. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence how Walmart Connect scales its people, capabilities, and business impact globally. Walmart Connect (WMC) is the retail media arm of Walmart and a key driver of the company’s enterprise growth strategy. Operating a multi-billion-dollar advertising business, Walmart Connect helps brands connect with customers through data-driven advertising solutions across digital and in-store experiences. The Sales People Partner team works directly within the business, partnering closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, scale talent, and support business growth. This role plays a critical part in helping the organization build the structure, leadership capability, and workforce strategies needed to meet evolving business demands.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or global business environments
  • Strong background in human resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management
  • Ability to analyze people and business data to influence workforce and operational decisions
  • Experience leading talent planning, coaching leaders, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions
