About The Position

The Senior Manager, People Operations – Global Tech and Product serves as a strategic and operational enabler, strengthening how talent strategies and enterprise People priorities translate into business outcomes. Partnering with People Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs), the role integrates People Operations, workforce insights, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence to enable scalable, connected execution. The Senior Manager identifies emerging needs, patterns, risks, and opportunities that inform talent strategy while leveraging technology, AI, data, and continuous improvement to strengthen how People strategies and programs are delivered and evolve. The Global Tech and Product People team collaborates with leaders to develop talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities aligned with business priorities. This team partners closely with business leaders to design workforce strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve associate experience. The Senior Manager, People Operations, plays a key role in connecting strategy with execution by integrating insights across teams and talent processes. This position strengthens the delivery of People priorities at scale, supporting organizational change and driving data-informed decisions to ensure effective human resource management and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex People, talent, HR, or business initiatives requiring strong program management and disciplined execution.
  • Strong business, talent, and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate workforce data and organizational activity into meaningful insights, executive-ready materials, and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to navigate organizational boundaries, influence stakeholders, anticipate needs, and bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience simplifying processes and developing scalable solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Curiosity and fluency with technology, AI, automation, and data to identify opportunities to redesign work and improve People strategy and program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Tech and Product People Partners to translate talent, workforce, and organizational priorities into integrated operating plans and business outcomes.
  • Lead planning and execution of recurring talent processes, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, performance calibration, and pay planning.
  • Develop workforce insights that identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership decisions and talent strategies.
  • Connect People Partners and COEs to enable effective implementation and inform future program design.
  • Establish operating rhythms, tools, and resources that drive visibility, accountability, and consistent execution.
  • Simplify and improve People work through AI, automation, technology, data, and continuous improvement.
