Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. This high-impact, project-based position is ideal for a versatile HR generalist thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Reporting to the Head of People, you'll translate strategic direction into well-designed programs, tools, and processes, supporting our multi-market operations. The candidate should have strong experience across talent management, L&D, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations, with excellent program management and communication skills. Operating within a COE + HRBP model, this role partners closely with HRBPs across 7 locations and 15 markets, supporting talent management, employee relations, leave, benefits, and compliance. Collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition on onboarding and workforce planning is also key.
