The Manager, People & Talent serves as a trusted Business Advisor and primary point of support to the organization for HR-related initiatives and priorities, and serves as a trusted advisor and HR Business Partner to corporate leaders for all people initiatives. The Manager, People & Talent is responsible for driving and executing the organization’s people and talent strategy, leading the deployment of talent development, talent management and career development initiatives across the organization.
