About The Position

Altisource Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, People Solutions to oversee the development and implementation of robust analytics frameworks, advanced statistical modeling, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to generate actionable insights from workforce data. The role focuses on quantifying and forecasting trends in employee engagement, retention, and talent management metrics, utilizing advanced analytics methodologies to identify patterns and correlations that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies. This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives. The Senior Manager will develop and execute the strategic vision for the People Analytics function and HR Centers of Excellence in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives, and lead a team of HR analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. They will collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities related to employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, and provide strategic direction and oversight to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within HR, including Employee Experience and Performance Management. Collaboration with CoE leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and initiatives that support the attraction, development, and retention of top talent is key. The role ensures alignment and consistency in HR practices and policies across regions and business units, while also accommodating local nuances and requirements. Leading change management efforts to drive organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring activities, and partnering with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity are also core responsibilities. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development by championing professional growth opportunities and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the HR community is expected. The role may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report to the company's headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia. Position requires up to 10% travel to India.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation; OR alternatively a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Statistical analysis.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Data mining.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Predictive modeling.
  • Two (2) years of experience with data visualization tools including RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense and Power BI.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Big Data Analytics.
  • Two (2) years of experience with General Management.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Database Systems & Languages including Oracle HCM, SQL Server, and MySQL.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft & Other Tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, JIRA, Adobe Analytics, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on quantifying and forecasting trends in employee engagement, retention, and talent management metrics.
  • Utilize advanced analytics methodologies to identify patterns and correlations that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the People Analytics function and HR Centers of Excellence in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
