As our Senior Manager, Payor Partnerships you’ll play a meaningful role in expanding access to care by building and scaling strategic partnerships with health plans. In this role, you’ll help enable payors to give their members the ability to digitally search for and book appointments seamlessly, reducing friction in the healthcare journey and improving access to timely, quality care. By driving complex, high-value partnerships to close, you’ll directly influence how Zocdoc grows its Care Access Network, strengthens relationships across the healthcare landscape, and delivers better experiences and outcomes for patients.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of a portfolio of active payor opportunities, driving deals from mid-stage through close
  • Authentically building and nurturing multi-threaded relationships across health plan stakeholders to strengthen deal positioning
  • Leading high-value, complex negotiations and structuring creative agreements, including non-standard and risk-based deals
  • Proactively identifying, re-engaging, and converting stalled or deprioritized opportunities into active pipeline
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Business Development leadership, c-suite executives, Finance, Product, Legal to move deals forward efficiently
  • Maintaining a high-frequency cadence of stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent deal momentum and progression
