In this vital role you, the Senior Manager, Patient Services Program & Product Management Lead will serve as a strategic business technology leader responsible for driving enterprise-scale transformation across Patient Support Program technologies, capabilities, and operational processes. This hybrid leadership role combines program management, product management, technology strategy, and business transformation to accelerate innovation within the Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR) ecosystem. This leader will oversee a portfolio of interconnected patient services technology initiatives spanning CRM modernization, workflow automation, digital engagement, AI-enabled capabilities, data integration, and operational transformation. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, Digital Technology & Innovation teams, external vendors, and cross-functional program leaders to deliver scalable, patient-centric solutions that improve patient and provider experiences while advancing operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, execution-oriented leader with deep expertise in patient services operations, technology product management, and complex cross-functional program delivery within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This individual must thrive in highly matrixed environments and demonstrate the ability to align business priorities, technology roadmaps, and organizational change initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams.
